WhatsApp is the default communication channel for Indian commerce. SaathiX ERP connects to the official WhatsApp Business API (Cloud API), so every message is deliverable, trackable and compliant — no personal number bans.
01Connecting WhatsApp
Under Dashboard → WhatsApp, click Connect. Scan the QR (for personal WA Web sync) or paste your Meta Cloud API credentials for the business number. Approved templates from your Meta Business account load automatically.
02Automatic invoice send
Turn on 'Send invoice on save' under Settings → Notifications. Every saved invoice above a threshold amount is delivered to the customer's WhatsApp with a PDF and payment link. Delivery and read receipts show up next to the invoice in Billing.
03Payment reminders
Under Dashboard → Reminders, choose the ageing bucket (7 days, 15 days, 30 days overdue) and the template. Reminders send at 10:30 AM local time on your schedule; opt-outs are respected.
04Broadcast campaigns
For seasonal offers, festival greetings and new-launch announcements, build a segment (see the CRM guide), pick a template, upload the media and send. SaathiX ERP throttles the send rate to stay within WhatsApp's per-second limits and reports delivered/read/replied counts.
