AI in SaathiX ERP is not a chatbot bolted on top. It's woven into the flows where typing is slow — voice billing on a busy counter, photo OCR for supplier invoices, and a copilot that answers questions in plain Hindi or English against your live data.
01Voice billing
In Dashboard → AI Billing, tap the mic and say 'do kilo aata Rohit ko char sau me' — SaathiX ERP recognises the item, quantity, party and rate, and builds the invoice line for confirmation. It supports Hindi, English, Hinglish, Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, Bengali, Gujarati and Kannada.
02Photo bill OCR
Received a paper supplier invoice? Snap it from Dashboard → Purchases → New → Scan. OCR extracts vendor, invoice number, date, line items with HSN and tax, and pre-fills the purchase form for your review. Accuracy on printed invoices in the SaathiX ERP pilot cohort is 96%.
03Ask the Copilot
Anywhere in the dashboard, press ⌘K and ask a question — 'kitna paisa Ram ne dena hai', 'is hafte ke top 5 items', 'expiring in next 30 days'. The Copilot writes the report, executes it against your data and shows the answer with a link to open the full report.
04Privacy
AI runs on a dedicated Indian data-resident model. Your invoices and party names never leave the country and are never used to train third-party models. Voice recordings are transcribed and discarded within 60 seconds unless you explicitly enable retention for debugging.
