Terms of service

These terms are a binding contract between you (the shop owner or authorised representative) and SaathiX ERP Technologies, the operator of the SaathiX ERP brand, with registered office at B 74, Ground Floor, Metro Station Rd, Near Sector 15, Sector 2, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301, India.

You must be at least 18 years old, competent to contract under Indian law, and authorised to act on behalf of the business you register. SaathiX ERP is offered to Indian businesses only.

• You are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for the actions of every user you invite (Manager, Cashier, Accountant).
• You must give us accurate, current business information including your GSTIN.

• SaathiX ERP is a paid subscription with monthly and yearly options.
• All fees are exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. GST invoices are issued from Uttar Pradesh (09).
• Payments are auto-renewed unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• Failed payments may result in suspension. Data is retained for 90 days before deletion.

You agree not to:

• Use SaathiX ERP to store or transmit unlawful, fraudulent or infringing content.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape or overload the service.
• Use SaathiX ERP to issue GST invoices for goods or services you did not supply.
• Share credentials with people outside your business.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules with reasonable notice.

You own the data you put into SaathiX ERP. We store and process it as your service provider under the Privacy policy. You may export a full copy in Excel or JSON any time from Settings.

AI features are provided on a best-effort basis. Suggestions, drafts, and reorder recommendations should be reviewed by you before acting. SaathiX ERP is not liable for business decisions taken solely on AI suggestions.

When you connect WhatsApp Business, Razorpay, Shiprocket, marketplace channels or a CA, you agree to those parties' own terms. SaathiX ERP is not responsible for outages or actions taken by third parties.

SaathiX ERP is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error free. GST return outputs must be reviewed by a qualified CA before filing.

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, SaathiX ERP Technologies' aggregate liability under these terms is limited to the fees you paid to us in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You may cancel at any time from Settings. See our Refund policy for refund eligibility. We may terminate accounts for material breach with 15 days' notice.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Gautam Buddha Nagar (Noida), Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to the dispute resolution steps in our Grievance officer page.

We may update these terms with 15 days' notice to Owners. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance.
