SaathiX ERP has one Free plan (forever, no card required) and three paid plans (Growth, Business, Enterprise). This guide explains what changes as you move up, how invoice limits, users and storage work, and how to get a GST-compliant invoice for your subscription.
01What Free includes
Unlimited invoices, unlimited items, 1 user, 1 branch, GST-compliant tax invoices, WhatsApp sharing, mobile app and cloud backup. Free is not a trial — you can stay on it forever.
02When to upgrade
Upgrade when you need any of: additional users, additional branches, e-invoice API, priority WhatsApp templates, custom invoice designs, API access, or the AI Copilot on live data.
03Billing cycle
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually (2 months free on annual). Payment is via UPI, cards or NEFT; auto-renew is on by default and can be turned off any time. A GST-compliant tax invoice is emailed on every payment.
04Changing plan or cancelling
Under Dashboard → Subscription, upgrade takes effect immediately with pro-rated billing; downgrade takes effect at the end of the current cycle. Cancel any time — your data stays available for export for 90 days after cancellation.
