Data without a habit is decoration. SaathiX ERP ships with 40+ pre-built reports covering sales, purchases, GST, inventory, party balances and profitability. This guide picks the 25 you'll actually use and shows how to save custom filters, schedule email delivery and export to Excel/PDF.

01Daily

The Dashboard home already shows today's sales, receipts, top items and low stock. Add Day Book (chronological ledger for the day) and Cash Position (opening + movements + closing) to your morning coffee routine.

02Weekly

Look at Sales Register (by day / by category / by staff), Payment Collection efficiency, Stock Turnover, and the Top-10 Slow Movers. A 15-minute Monday review here catches most trouble before it grows.

03Monthly

Profit & Loss (with a comparison to last month), GST Summary, Party Outstanding (ageing 0-30/31-60/61-90/90+), Purchase Register and Expense Category breakdown. All of these can be saved as a report bundle and emailed on the 1st of every month.

04Yearly

Balance Sheet, Trial Balance, 26AS/TDS Summary, GSTR-9 workpaper, Depreciation Schedule and Vendor Spend Analysis. Most of these are what your CA will ask for at the year end; keep them one click away.

05Saved views and scheduled emails

On any report, apply filters (date range, branch, staff, category, party), then click Save View. Saved views appear at the top of the report; each one can be scheduled to email selected recipients daily, weekly or monthly as PDF or Excel.
