Acceptable Use Policy

• Issuing invoices for goods or services that do not represent a genuine transaction.
• Generating fake or inflated GST invoices to claim wrongful Input Tax Credit.
• Using the platform to sell prohibited or regulated goods without proper licensing (e.g., narcotics, unlicensed pharmaceuticals, weapons).
• Uploading customer data you do not have the legal right to process.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform APIs.
• Sending unsolicited bulk communication (spam) via WhatsApp, SMS or email through SaathiX ERP rails.
• Circumventing rate limits, access controls or billing systems.
• Any activity that violates Indian law, including the IT Act 2000, GST Act 2017, Consumer Protection Act 2019, or DPDP Act 2023.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and quality of business data you upload to SaathiX ERP (products, prices, GSTINs, customer details, invoices). SaathiX ERP does not verify the accuracy of user-generated content.

AI-powered features (voice billing, photo add, chat billing) are subject to fair-use limits per plan. Automated, scripted, or non-human requests to AI endpoints are not permitted and may result in throttling or suspension.

SaathiX ERP may investigate suspected violations, throttle or suspend accounts, remove offending content, and cooperate with law enforcement. Serious violations may result in immediate termination without refund and referral to authorities.
